Our Guaranteee

Our pups are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.  The breeder guarantees the puppy until 1 year of age against life threatening congenital or hereditary defects.  If this occurs it will be it will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value from the breeders stock, as soon as possible. Only replacements will be made, no cash refunds.  This guarantee does not include hernias, hypoglycaemia, coccidiosis, or giarida. We also do not guarantee against Luxating Patella due to the many factors and caused of said condition, ie, an injury can cause luxating patella. It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury.  The original puppy must be returned ( at owners expense), before a new puppy can be delivered. No one may keep the original puppy, it must be returned. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping fees for the replacement puppy.   In the event of death, an autopsy must be preformed,(at owners expense), by a veterinarian to determine the exact cause of death. The report from the autopsy must be sent to my veterinarian for review. The guarantee is void in the event of an indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis.   Guarantee not valid if puppy is sold to a third party.   The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred. The seller assumes no responsibility for this animal after the delivery date for any medical expense, human allergies, training difficulties or behaviour problems. Once the puppy is delivered, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the puppy.   Payment for puppy must be made in full prior to shipping, unless other arrangements have been made with the breeder. A deposit of $200.00 must be paid in order to reserve a puppy. All deposits are non-refundable.
